Ukrposhta country directory, return-label returns, and multi-select filters
The Ukrposhta account now has a Countries tab. For each country, you can see what Ukrposhta accepts there: shipment types, weight and size limits, maximum declared value (with a USD equivalent at the NBU exchange rate), the recipient tax number format, and active restrictions. Search by name or code and filter by type. Weight and size limits in CRM are now validated using each country’s rules. Previously, general limits applied to 84 countries where Ukrposhta accepts shipments up to 20 kg.
We fixed deletion of customer Ukrposhta shipping labels.
Returns: returns that arrive using a return label created in CRM are now handled correctly.
- The return is linked to the original parcel and order. They are visible on the return card, and searching by order number finds the return.
- Reshipping and closing the return also work through the original parcel.
- A return event appears in the order, and status history is no longer duplicated.
Filters in shipments and listings now support multiple selections. In shipments, you can select several statuses, types, countries, and carriers; in listings, several states. The selection is applied with a button and is retained when you scroll the page. Saved filters and links work as before. In orders, the “Days to deadline” filter shows only orders that still need to be shipped and is not highlighted in red before a value is entered.
For Nova Poshta shipments to the United Kingdom and Norway, the marketplace tax number (HMRC, VOEC) is now transmitted when the parcel value exceeds €150 but does not exceed the country limit.
USPS statuses now update faster: the carrier sends us events directly, and we save them immediately without waiting for a scheduled status check.
In the shipping calculator, a postal code is no longer required, and an empty calculation history is not displayed.
State names are now displayed correctly in the new-address form for US self-shipments.
Polish localization: server responses, including messages and export files, are now available in Polish.
