On your own: a Ukrposhta waybill in the CRM for $0.10, you drop the parcel off at a post office and pay for delivery there, about $11.51.

How it works
Create a shipment
The address and items come from the order, you add the size and weight. Pick the way and the service — the price shows before you create it.
Mark the parcel
For express and consolidation the CRM gives you a parcel sticker; for shipping on your own, the carrier’s waybill.
Hand the parcel over
Bring it to the office or send it with a Nova Post or Ukrposhta waybill. A parcel you ship on your own goes in at a branch.
Tracking in the order
The tracking number of the service you chose shows up in the shipment and the order in the CRM.
How to get parcels to our office
Express parcels, consolidation and goods for the US warehouse first come to our Kyiv office. Several unsent parcels can go in one waybill.

Create a waybill to us in the CRM and add your unsent express, consolidation and to-warehouse parcels to it. We collect the parcel from the branch, or a courier brings it straight to the office. The CRM shows the price of delivery to us at once, and it comes off your internal balance.
Ukrposhta waybill
Create a domestic Ukrposhta waybill to our branch in the CRM: Standard or Express, several parcels in one. You pay for delivery at your post office.

What shipping from Ukraine costs
The price depends on the way. The calculator below prices all three ways for a parcel to a buyer, and the delivery of goods to the US fulfillment warehouse.
Consolidation: delivery to the US, handling and label
Besides the carrier’s label, the consolidation price includes the delivery to the US in a consolidated parcel — $16 per kilogram — and hub handling. Duty is 2 % of the goods value. Weight is the larger of actual and volumetric.

Express and on your own
Delivery at the service’s tariff. Where the service pays duty and fees in advance, they are in the price and the buyer pays nothing more. Shipping on your own with Nova Post costs less than the same service through the office.

Questions about shipping from Ukraine
Does the warehouse handle returns of parcels sent from Ukraine?
Yes, as for any other shipment type. The US warehouse receives the return and photographs the parcel, and you choose what to do with it: stock it, ship it to the buyer again, send it back to you in Ukraine or dispose of it.
How returns workDoes an express shipment need a box?
Yes. We accept express only in a box of at least 15 × 21 cm. If the parcel arrives in other packaging, the packing cost is charged to your balance.
How often are parcels collected from Nova Post and Ukrposhta branches?
Parcels sent to us with Nova Post are collected three times a day, with Ukrposhta once a day.
Can I send a heavy parcel to the US warehouse?
Yes. A parcel up to 3 kg goes by consolidation at $16 per kilogram, a heavier one at the express carrier’s rate, so the cost per kg may differ. Its declared value can be up to $800.
Can I ship goods to the US warehouse with my own carrier?
Yes. In the warehouse request, choose to ship on your own: the CRM shows the warehouse address, and you pay your carrier for the delivery. Add the carrier’s tracking number to your shipment yourself.
