Global Forward: One parcel to the US —
tracking for every buyer
Create Global Forward shipments for your orders in the CRM, send them in one parcel to our US hub and add that parcel’s tracking number to them. The hub sticks on US and international carrier labels, and each shipment’s tracking number shows up in its order.

Tracking in the order
Six Global Forward shipments for buyers in the US, Canada and the UK are already created in the CRM. They travel in one parcel to the US hub. Olena picks them and adds that parcel’s UPS tracking number, which links the shipments to the parcel. The hub receives the parcel, scans the shipments, sticks the labels on and hands them to the carriers, and each shipment’s carrier tracking number shows up in its order.
What Global Forward gives you
One international parcel instead of many
You no longer send every order across the ocean on its own. They travel together in one consolidated parcel, then each goes with its own carrier.
US services priced before you ship
For every shipment the CRM lists services from the hub — USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL eCommerce in the US, Asendia, UPS and DHL Express abroad — with the handling and label price.
US tracking without a US warehouse
No need to keep stock in the US. Your buyer gets a US carrier’s tracking number, as if from a US seller, and you see it in the order.
How it works
Create Global Forward shipments
One per order: the address and items come from the order, you add the size and weight. Each one is already a shipment from the hub to the buyer.
Send them in one parcel
Put each shipment’s sticker from the CRM on it, pack several shipments in one parcel and send it to the US hub.
Add the parcel’s tracking number
Pick the shipments from this parcel in the CRM and add its tracking number, so the hub knows what is inside.
The hub hands them to carriers
The hub receives the parcel, scans the shipments, sticks on the labels of the services you chose and hands them to the carriers. Each shipment’s tracking number shows up in its order.
The consolidated parcel’s route
Several orders travel to the US in one parcel. At the hub it is split and each shipment heads to its buyer with its own tracking number.

Global Forward questions
Can the hub ship to buyers outside the US?
Yes. Asendia, UPS and DHL Express are available from the hub. Some services need the buyer’s phone number — the CRM tells you when you pick the service.
How fast are parcels processed after receiving?
The vast majority within one working day. When the shipments reach the courier also depends on when the transit carrier delivers the parcel to the hub.
Do I have to pay duties when shipping to the US?
DDP is the preferred way to ship. If a shipment goes on other terms, we charge the duty amount to your internal balance.
