An Etsy order to Germany, a 0.2 kg parcel, goods worth $40, the buyer has IOSS. Through our office: Small packet Prime $12.33, Parcel $17.65, EMS $55.73, all DDP — $5.23 of duty and fees is already in the price, the buyer pays nothing extra. The small packet is not available to Germany right now. “Create shipment” and the shipment is created. On your own: pick the sender (with their own Ukrposhta key and a 10% discount); the main address fills in and can be switched to another; prices are lower, the waybill costs $0.10 and delivery is paid at the post office. “Create waybill” and the waybill is created.

How much does shipping with Ukrposhta cost?
Prices through our office are the same as in the CRM calculator, with the duty and fees Ukrposhta prepays. Since 1 July 2026 the EU charges duty on every parcel; for 16 countries and goods up to €150 Ukrposhta prepays it, and the buyer pays nothing extra. While you choose a tariff, the CRM shows VAT, duty and other charges, for the EU and the US.
Questions about Ukrposhta
How is shipping through the office different from shipping on your own?
Through the office you bring or send the parcel to us, the cost comes off your balance and we do the rest. On your own you create the waybill in the CRM for $0.10, hand the parcel in at any post office and pay for delivery there at Ukrposhta’s tariff with your discount.
How do I send parcels to your office from another city?
Besides Nova Poshta delivery, we have also added a quick way to create a domestic Ukrposhta waybill: Standard or Express, several parcels in one. You pay for delivery to our office at your post office. Until the parcel is handed in, the waybill can be changed or deleted.
What are a register and Form 103?
A register groups one sender’s self-shipped parcels with the same delivery type. Form 103 is the batch’s accompanying list: with it the whole batch is handed in at the post office at once.
How do cumulative discounts work?
Ukrposhta gives exporters a discount based on the shipment total for a period. The cabinet shows the current discount on Prime and small packets, the terms of the next one and the total for the period. Ukrposhta’s rules (in Ukrainian)
Why add my own API key?
If you have a contract with Ukrposhta, add the access token and the counterparty token, and shipments will be created under your contract. Without them, Seller Online’s system keys are used.
