Returns to our US warehouse: We receive your returns,
you decide what happens next
Buyers send items to our warehouse. An operator photographs every parcel, and in your account you choose what to do with it: restock the items, resend them to the buyer, ship them to you or dispose of them.
30 days of full access to all features. No card, no commitments.

How it works
Use our address
Get the US warehouse address and return instructions. Add it as the return address in your shop.
The warehouse will receive the parcel
An operator unpacks the return, photographs the parcel and the items and leaves a comment.
Check the card
Photos, order, tracking number and buyer are all in the return card.
Choose before the deadline
The date to choose an action by is at the top of the card.
What you can do with a return
Restock
Items in good shape go back into stock and are stored at the regular rates. You can then sell them again through fulfilment.
Resend to customer
The buyer did not pick up the parcel or got the address wrong? Create a new shipment with the same items and packaging. It is charged as a regular shipment from the warehouse.
Return to seller
The warehouse ships the parcel to your address.
Dispose
Damaged or unsellable items are disposed of by the warehouse, so they take no space. Disposal costs half the receiving fee.
Item distribution
Several items in the parcel? Each gets its own action: one to stock, another to disposal.
A parcel without an order number
Sometimes a buyer sends items back without a return label. The warehouse lists such parcels under “Unidentified returns” with photos and a description. Recognise your item? Send a return claim.

Questions about returns
How quickly are returns processed?
Returns are added to the system and processed after you choose an action, within two business days.
Do you accept returns from Amazon?
Yes, we do. You can set up the return address in the Amazon portal. Returns can arrive individually or in batches.
How much time do I have to choose an action?
You have 2 weeks from the moment the return appears in the system to decide what to do with it. If no action is selected by then, we dispose of the items at the regular disposal rate.
How much do disposal and resending cost?
Disposal costs half the receiving fee for that return. If item distribution disposes of only some items, the fee is the same and charged once. Resending to the buyer is charged as a regular shipment from the warehouse.
How do I know a return has arrived?
A return card appears in your account with the operator’s photos, a comment, the order and the tracking number. It also shows the date to choose an action by.
What happens to restocked items?
They become part of your stock and are stored at the regular storage rates. You can ship them in the next order through fulfilment.
How long does an unidentified parcel wait for a claim?
30 days from the moment the warehouse adds it to “Unidentified returns”. While a claim is open, the parcel is not disposed of. If nobody claims it, the warehouse disposes of it after the deadline.
