What the warehouse does for you

Stores without overpaying

Stock for three months of sales is stored free. You pay only for what sits above it — from $0.05 per unit per month.

Also: low-stock alerts · stock on the way · kits

Ships at a good price you see up front

For every order the CRM lists US and international services — USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Asendia — with the handling and label price. You pick one; the warehouse packs and hands it to the carrier.

Also: individual packaging · a card in the parcel · extended liability

Takes your returns

Buyers send returns to the same warehouse. Items in good condition can go back into stock and sell again.

How does it work?

  1. Stock on its way. You send your goods to the US warehouse yourself or through us*, with warehouse stickers printed from the CRM.
  2. Receiving. The warehouse scans the stickers, counts the goods and puts them in a bin. Stock in the CRM updates.
  3. New order. A customer buys the item on a marketplace. The order appears in the CRM, and you see that it needs this item. Once you create a shipment from the warehouse, the item is reserved and locked in stock.
  4. Packing and label. The warehouse takes the item from its bin, packs it and prints the carrier label. The tracking number appears on the order.
  5. Handed to the carrier. The carrier picks up the parcel. Tracking goes to the marketplace, and the status keeps updating in the CRM until delivery.

Production and personalization

What fulfillment costs

A shipment is warehouse handling plus the carrier’s label. Storage is charged monthly, separately for each size group.

Order handling

Picking, packing and the hand-over to the carrier, per parcel. Weight is the larger of actual and volumetric.

Fulfillment questions

How do I know a product is running low?

Set a stock threshold for the product in the CRM and it notifies you when the warehouse has less. Deliveries already on their way to the warehouse show separately as stock on the way.

Do I pay extra for each additional item in an order?

No. Handling is charged per shipment, not per item: several items in one parcel mean one handling fee, based on the parcel’s weight.

Do you ship DDP to the EU?

Yes. We ship to the EU with Asendia ePAQ Select DDP when you have an IOSS number and the VAT has been paid on the marketplace.

How fast does the warehouse process shipment requests?

The same day. If the carrier you picked has already collected that day’s parcels, yours leaves with the next pickup, the following day.

What does receiving stock cost?

Receiving is free when the items are labelled with stickers correctly. If they have no stickers, the warehouse prints and applies them for $0.50 each. Unloading and receiving a large delivery (more than three hours of work) may be charged separately; we agree on it in advance.

What does it cost to send stock to the warehouse from Ukraine through Seller Online?

A parcel up to 3 kg goes by consolidation at $16 per kilogram, a heavier one at the express carrier’s rate, so the cost per kg may differ. Weight is the larger of actual and volumetric (length × width × height in cm / 5000 = kg, or in inches / 139 = lb). Its declared value can be up to $800. Duty is 2 % of the goods value; the CRM shows the exact sum when you create the request.

Bonus: how much time you get back

You know everything important about the warehouse now. One thing left: how many hours a month go into packing, labels and trips to the post office — the warehouse’s job from now on.
