How it works

  • Tracking number or parcel

    Works with any tracking number created in your Seller Online account, including your own Nova Post and Ukrposhta shipments. To check a parcel without a tracking number (say, a parcel to the warehouse, or simply because it is easier), enter its number and your login in our system.

  • How fresh the data is

    We usually already have the details of delivered parcels, so they show up faster. For the rest we check with the carrier if the data is older than 30 minutes.
