Amazon integration
Amazon is an international marketplace with a wide assortment and its own fulfillment network. It suits brands and sellers building steady retail sales. You can ship items yourself (FBM) or hand storage and fulfillment to Amazon (FBA), and combine the two.

What the connection gives

FBA stock, per marketplace
The CRM shows Amazon FBA stock separately for each market: total, fulfillable, inbound, reserved, researching and unfulfillable. Filter the list and download it to Excel.

Questions about the Amazon integration
Why does an FBA order have no button to create a shipment?
Amazon fulfills such an order from its own warehouse. It is in the CRM for your records, but there is no parcel to ship through Seller Online. Shipments are created for FBM orders.
Why does one SKU have several FBA stock rows?
Stock is kept separately for each Amazon marketplace, and one SKU can have different numbers in different markets. Compare the rows together with their marketplace: they are not duplicates.
The total FBA quantity is higher than fulfillable. Which number counts?
Fulfillable. The total also includes other states: inbound, reserved, researching and unfulfillable. Do not count those as ready for new orders.
Can I export only part of the FBA list?
Yes. Apply a filter in the FBA list and choose to export the filtered data: you get an Excel file with just that set, which you can pass to a colleague without CRM access.
