These rules cover the public seller-online.com website and its tools. Ordered services and CRM accounts are governed by the user agreement; data by the privacy policy.

Operator and use

Seller Online LLC (Pennsylvania, USA) provides the site to clients in Ukraine, the US and other countries. Viewing an information page does not order a service or form a contract.

Information and tools

Calculators, directories, tracking and demonstration mockups provide guidance; final prices, customs classifications and conditions are determined for the particular order. Tracking depends on carrier data; an absent update does not establish that a parcel is lost. Demo data is fictional and does not prove real operations.

The site’s tools are provided “as is” for guidance. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions based solely on their results.

API access is provided under separate terms.

Permitted conduct

Do not use the site for fraud, unauthorised access to others’ shipments or data, bypassing safeguards, distributing malware or loads that disrupt other users. Look up only shipments you are entitled to access.

Report vulnerabilities privately to so-support@seller-online.com, without obtaining others’ data or disrupting the service.

Rights and external resources

Company materials, third-party marks, client materials and open components have different rightsholders: see intellectual property. Site access does not transfer rights to logos or content. External sites have their own terms and data notices.

Liability and contact

Site information does not replace individual legal or customs advice. These rules do not limit mandatory user rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Questions and error reports: so-support@seller-online.com. Changes apply to future use and do not retrospectively change agreed orders.
