How to connect eBay
Sign-in on the platformStart a new integration in the CRM and choose eBay.
Tick the permissions and press “Accept”.
Sign in to eBay and allow access: eBay takes you back to the CRM.

Questions about the eBay integration
A buyer got a refund on eBay. Will I see it in the CRM?
Yes: refund data comes into the CRM when the order updates. Refunds are issued on eBay; the CRM only shows them.
Will the CRM change the format of my auction?
No. The integration does not manage bids or change the selling format. Auctions are set up on eBay; in the CRM you work with the items and orders.
