• NEXT_LOCALE: a cookie with the selected site language, kept for up to one year.
• so.tracking.history.v1: a localStorage entry with recent shipment lookups on this device (up to 10): mode, number and time, without a login or email. The history stays until you clear it or newer lookups replace it.

The lookup itself sends the shipment number to the tracking service; only the history is stored locally. On a shared device, another person may see saved numbers. Delete a single entry, select “Clear history” or clear the site’s data in your browser.

The site does not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics or advertising technologies, we will update this notice and, where the law requires, ask for consent in advance.

CRM and third-party content

The CRM uses cookies and local storage needed for sign-in, security and account operation, and technical error data to fix errors.

Embedded third-party content, such as YouTube videos in the help centre, may store its own cookies under its provider’s rules. External sites you open from a link have their own rules.

Your choices

You can delete data and restrict storage in your browser settings. This may reset the language or lookup history or prevent sign-in to the CRM.
