How to connect WooCommerce
Sign-in on the platformStart a new integration in the CRM and choose WooCommerce.
Enter the shop address, tick the permissions and press “Accept”.
Allow access in your WordPress admin: you are taken back to the CRM.
We never need your shop password. The first import usually takes a few minutes.
Questions about the WooCommerce integration
I have a WordPress site. Is that enough?
You need a WooCommerce store with its API available. A WordPress site without WooCommerce does not pass on orders and products.
The store opens in a browser, but the integration fails its check. What should I check?
An open storefront does not mean the API is reachable. Check the domain, HTTPS and access to the WordPress API. If that does not help, send support the store address and the error text.
The tracking went through, but the order did not become “Completed”. Is that a bug?
No. The integration writes the tracking as Shipment Tracking data and does not change the order status. Complete orders in WooCommerce the way your store does it.
Will fields added by my plugins show up in the CRM?
Not necessarily: the CRM handles the WooCommerce data the integration supports. If a third-party plugin’s field matters for making or shipping an order, check with support beforehand whether it comes through.
