Send us a request
Tell us what you need: a product made or personalization. Describe the job and attach files — a layout, a drawing, a photo.
We agree the specification and price
We review the request, define the specification of the work and its cost, and agree them with you before the first order.
Pass on the personalization
When an order comes in, create a shipment and add the personalization details to the item — for example, the buyer’s text from the marketplace.
We make it and ship it
We make or personalize the item and ship the parcel right away. The tracking number goes to the order as usual.

What does personalization cost?
We set the cost together with the specification of the work on your request and agree it with you before the first order.
Where do I see the text the buyer wrote on the marketplace?
In the order in the CRM, next to the item. When you create the shipment the buyer’s personalization is shown by the item, so it is easy to pass on to us with the shipment.
Can I personalize only some orders?
Yes. Personalization is added to an item in a particular shipment, so orders without it ship as usual.
