Canada Post strike
Take note: The Canadian Union of Postal Workers has not yet reached an agreement with the government, and Canada Post is currently on strike.
- What it means:
- Shipments sent by state postal operators of any country (Ukrposhta, USPS, Deutsche Post, Poczta Polska, etc.) will not be processed and delivered until the strike ends.
- How long can the strike last?
- Currently, it is unknown. Last time, in a similar situation, the strike lasted more than a month.
- How can I deliver my package to Canada?
- Express delivery services and private shipping companies are still operating. You can choose DHL, FedEx, UPS, or Nova Poshta Global, all of which continue to deliver parcels across Canada.
We remind you that Nova Poshta Global has a special tariff for Canada (charging only by actual weight, not by volumetric weight), and if you register your shipment from the branch through our CRM system, you will receive an additional discount of about 10%.
