Christmas delivery dates

Dear colleagues, the gift season is in full swing, and parcel delivery to your customers is taking more time than usual. To ensure your shipments reach buyers in the United States, they need to arrive at the Kyiv warehouse by the following dates:

• for consolidation — by Thursday, the 11th;
• for express shipments — by Monday, the 15th;

• For regular warehouse dispatch — shipped no later than Friday, the 19th.

Please note: these deadlines apply to ideal conditions, when parcels are not held for additional customs checks — something that can happen to any shipment. This does not mean that parcels sent later definitely won’t arrive on time, but the chances will be noticeably lower.

If you see that a shipment may not reach the recipient by the holiday date, you can offer customers a temporary alternative — for example, printing out a photo of the gift to present until the actual parcel arrives a little later.
