Customs fee transfers to the sender

Dear colleagues, please pay attention:

Transportation companies are changing the way they handle returns of express deliveries. From now on, if the receiver refuses to pay the customs fee, they will automatically transfer this fee to the sender. Even if you decide not to return the parcel but to recycle it, you are obliged to pay both the fee and the cost of recycling. Likewise, if you send the product back to Ukraine, you will be responsible for paying customs fees in the country of destination, and in case of return, possibly also in Ukraine (depending on the cost of the product).

Please take this information into account when choosing a shipping method and promptly inform your customers about their obligation to pay customs fees if they were not paid during the purchase!
