Update Regarding Adjustments in Financial Transactions
Dear clients,
you may have noticed adjustments or additional charges in your financial transaction log related to USPS shipments.
During a routine automated audit of invoices from our logistics partners, our system detected discrepancies between actual and recorded shipping costs. We identified the reason: between September 25 and October 14, a technical error occurred — due to an update in the USPS API response, the shipping cost was incorrectly reduced when the tracking number was created.
In simple terms:
- you always saw the correct rate when selecting a shipping option, but after the shipment was created, the system reduced the total cost.
Today’s corrections restored the proper amounts, meaning the final price now matches what you originally saw when creating the shipment.
Example: if the selected rate was $5, but $4.50 was charged, today the system added $0.50.
The issue has already been resolved, and USPS shipment costs for all new orders will remain stable, unless there are changes in dimensions, weight, or delivery address.
We apologize for any temporary inconvenience and appreciate your understanding
