€2 EU fee, delivery time from the US, and date filters
From November 1, the EU charges a €2 Union handling fee for each customs item in a parcel. We already include it in the cost of DDP shipments with Asendia, Nova Global, and Ukrposhta, and show it as a separate line in the customs calculator.
For Asendia and Nova Global, duties and the fee are now calculated for each unique HS code rather than each invoice line. If several items in a parcel have the same code, the shipment will cost less. A note in the calculator explains how each carrier calculates items.
In the customs calculator, Nova Global now displays both services — Economy and Global Delivery — as separate cards.
When selecting a Ukrposhta rate, the personal discount percentage is now displayed correctly. We also fixed the calculation of VAT and duties for discounted rates.
The Delivery Time report (in the Reports menu) now has a From the US Abroad tab: delivery times for UPS and Asendia from the US warehouse to other countries, broken down by service. Carriers are now listed in a more convenient order, and the table header and first column remain visible while scrolling. The report data is more accurate, and the average delivery time when selecting a rate is now also available for UPS, FedEx US, and Asendia.
Date filters in the order list now use your company’s time zone, so the results match sales reports. In shipments, the “to” filter covers the entire selected day, and the selected date is visible in the filter.
Counters in the main menu now load twice as fast.
