Who owns Seller Online materials, client data and designs, and third-party platform names and logos.
Seller Online materials
Rights to original Seller Online code, text, design and branding belong to Seller Online LLC or the relevant licensors. Third-party components, fonts, photos and illustrations are used under their licences.
You obtain a limited right to use the service under the contract. Republishing, adapting or commercially using protected materials requires the rightsholder’s permission except where allowed by law or the applicable licence.
Client materials
Rights to product photos, descriptions, designs, trademarks and production files remain with the client or other rightsholder. Company permission is limited to delivering ordered services. Portfolio or advertising use requires separate permission.
Platforms and other owners
- Etsy and its marks: Etsy, Inc.; trademark policy.
- Amazon and its marks: Amazon.com, Inc. or relevant affiliated rightsholders; Amazon conditions.
- eBay and its marks: eBay Inc. or relevant rightsholders; API agreement.
- Shopify and its marks: Shopify Inc. or relevant affiliated rightsholders; brand rules.
- Woo, WooCommerce and their marks: Automattic Inc.; Woo guidelines. WordPress and other related marks have their own rightsholders.
- Faire and its marks: Faire Wholesale, Inc. or relevant group rightsholders; Faire terms.
Carrier, payment-system and other service names, logos and marks belong to their respective rightsholders. An integration transfers none of these rights to Seller Online LLC or the client.
Independence and Etsy
Seller Online LLC is an independent provider. Platform references describe compatibility or available integration and do not imply sponsorship, certification or endorsement by the platform.
The term 'Etsy' is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This Application uses Etsy's API, but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy.
Etsy and its affiliates do not provide our application or warrant it or the data accessed through it.
Infringement reports
Contact so-support@seller-online.com with the material and URL, claimed right, evidence of ownership or authority, contact details and infringement description. We review the report and restrict disputed material where appropriate.
