Prohibited and restricted goods

Seller Online LLC’s rules for acceptance, storage, production and arranging delivery. This is a nonexhaustive list: permission depends on goods, route, law and the particular carrier, rather than this page alone.
Not accepted
- Illegal, stolen or counterfeit goods; materials infringing copyright, trademark or other rights.
- Illegal drugs, child sexual exploitation materials and other goods and materials prohibited by law.
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives and dangerous goods without a procedure allowed by law and the service; concealed or misdeclared hazardous substances are never accepted.
- Goods and transactions prohibited by applicable sanctions or export controls; circumvention and false documentation.
Check before ordering
- Batteries, aerosols, perfumes, alcohol-containing and other potentially dangerous products.
- Medicines, medical devices, food, alcohol, tobacco, plants, seeds, animal products and CITES specimens.
- Dual-use goods, cultural property, valuables, cash and other high-value or regulated contents.
- Temperature-controlled goods, perishables and nonstandard cargo.
Holding permits does not mean the chosen service will accept the goods. Send support the description, composition, documents and route and obtain confirmation before handover. This does not replace the sender’s legal duties.
Checks and consequences
The client checks dispatch, transit and destination-country rules and relevant marketplace and carrier rules. Acceptance of goods by the company does not make prohibited goods permitted. Goods may be held, refused or referred to competent authorities. Return or disposal follows the law, with notice to the client where permitted. The client reimburses costs, fines and losses caused by breaching these rules, in accordance with law.
We apply sanctions restrictions to particular persons, goods, countries and transactions under current rules. Route availability is checked separately.
Product safety and recalls
Clients report dangerous defects or recalls and provide necessary product identifiers. We arrange isolation and next steps; urgent safety measures may be taken immediately. Each party performs its own legal obligations.

Current requirements: OFAC, BIS, CBP, USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL. This list grants no permission for specific goods; Ukrainian and other routes also follow local customs and carrier rules.
