Source: the Customs Tariff of Ukraine (Law No. 2697-IX), official text on zakon.rada.gov.ua. The import duty rate is shown; VAT and excise are separate.
Preferential rates under free trade agreements (the EU included) are not applied here.
The declarant classifies the goods; for hard cases customs gives an advance ruling.

How to use it

Search in Ukrainian or by digits
«свічки», «гаманці» — or the first digits of the code. Results are grouped by groups of the tariff.
A code has 10 digits
A declaration needs the final code. Open a group to the end to see the rate and copy the code.
